MARK ELLMAN, President and Principal


Mark founded CCGL in 1994. Previously, he was a founding partner and Senior Vice President at Value Properties, Inc. and a Senior Vice President and partner at Oppenheimer Properties, Inc., the real estate affiliate of Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.  He practiced law for 11 years before becoming a real estate investor in 1981.  

Mark’s responsibilities at CCGL include strategic planning, capital formation, acquisitions, marketing and leasing.  Mark developed the value added investment strategy which drives CCGL’s business.  He also developed the network of referral sources which frequently provide the firm with access to investment opportunities before they become available to other investors. 

Mark holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. (Cum Laude) from Fordham University School of Law and L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.  He is a licensed real estate broker and securities principal.  He has served on numerous corporate, non-profit and trade organization boards and is a frequent speaker on real estate acquisitions and finance.

In his career, Mark has personally directed acquisition and/or or disposition of properties totaling over $600,000,000, leasing of over 1,750,000 sq. ft. and renovation and repositioning of approximately 3,000,000 sq. ft.  He has extensive experience in complicated acquisitions, joint ventures and financial structures.



EDWARD MILLER, Vice President


At CCGL, Ed’s responsibilities primarily involve asset management, financial analysis, and acquisitions. He holds a Master’s Degree with distinction from New York University in Real Estate and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Drexel University.

Prior to joining CCGL in May 2009, he was an associate at the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for over $300 million dollars in commercial real estate financings. Prior to Ackman-Ziff, Ed was a land acquisition manager for a publicly traded home builder. In this role, he successfully put under purchase contract over 1,200 building lots. Prior to his real estate career, Ed was a registered options market maker trading on the PHLX.



CELESTINE HILL TAYLOR, Assistant Vice President


Celestine entered the real estate field when she joined CCGL in April 1997.  Prior to joining CCGL, Celestine was an Administrative Assistant at Childs Memorial Christian Academy and a Paralegal at Calvin Klein Cosmetics Company and Wickes Companies, Inc.  She also was a Legal Secretary at Gulf & Western Industries, Inc. and a Secretary at Continental Insurance Company. 

Celestine holds an A.S. from Prospect Hall College and a Paralegal Certificate from Baruch College.  She also has taken courses at the New York University Real Estate Institute.

At CCGL, Celestine’s responsibilities include property management, lease administration and tenant and lender relationships.



OSWALD " OZZIE" ROSA, Field Engineer


Ozzie joined CCGL in 2006, when the Second Fund acquired the Saxon Woods Corporate Center.  He has been in the real estate industry in field operating positions since 1993.  He has degrees in Refrigeration and Fire Safety from the Turner School.

At CCGL, Ozzie primarily is responsible for operations at Saxon Woods.



MANUEL MOLINA, Field Engineer


Manuel joined CCGL 1999, when the First Fund acquired 2 Overhill Road.  He has been in the real estate industry in field operating positions since 1995.

Manuel has certificates in Basic Electricity, Basic Plumbing, Fire Safety and Building Maintenance from the Local 32BJ Training School.

At CCGL, Manuel is primarily responsible for operations at 2 Overhill Road.
